How does the timesheet process work?

We want to make this as seamless as possible for you, leaving you more time to do what you do best. We can offer a range of different solutions to record hours including individual timesheets, group timesheets, digital timesheets or email confirmation.

How do you handle payment and billing?

Invoices are sent weekly with PO numbers if required by your business and we give you 30 day payment terms (based on a satisfactory credit check) Specific terms and rates will be outlined in our service agreement.

What happens if a staff member does not meet our expectations?

If a staff member does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately. We take your feedback seriously and will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it’s providing a replacement or addressing any concerns you have directly with the staff member.
