Who Are tribe.

Shaping Hospitality
Staffing into Success
Our Tribe leaders are Husband & Wife team Saj & Amy.
Saj & Amy and their team have been market-leaders within the recruitment and staffing industry for over 20 years, helping to support hotels, pub & restaurant groups and event venues across the UK.

Amy came from the kitchen as a chef and brings this real-life understanding to what we do every day. Their love for hospitality runs though out their lives, they enjoy nothing more than trying out new restaurants & hotels or cooking for family and friends, just so Amy can prove she’s still got it!

What do tribe stand for?

We want the chefs and hospitality staff that work for us to feel like they are a part of something. We value their opinions and we trust them to represent Tribe to our high standards giving our clients the consistent quality service they have come to expect from us.

We understand that each and every hospitality business is unique and so we take the time to get to know and fully understand our clients and their individual needs so we can effectively tailor our service and provide staff who fit right in from day one.

We strongly believe in direct contact with our staff and clients and have found through experience the endless advantages of having a open line of communication include stronger relationships, a better understanding of how we can help and a quicker response time.

Words From Our Team

We carried out an anonymous survey of how our chefs and hospitality staff felt about working for us. This is what they said:

“There is a real feeling of being part of a team with Tribe, the chefs know each other, respect one another and everyone knows the standards expected to withhold the reputation of Tribe and our team”

Paul, Tribe Executive Chef

“I enjoy working for Tribe as they pay me very competitively, on-time every Friday and if I ever need paying early, they will always help me whenever possible”

Sarah, Tribe Bar Supervisor

“I feel like I am valued and listened to and I feel able to speak honestly to the team at Tribe.”

Matt, Tribe Chef

Setting up an account takes 5 minutes, and there’s still no obligation to book. Simply drop us an email / phone call and we’ll do the rest
